Bachelorette weekend

Twelve of us stayed comfortably in this house. It was clean and modern and close to everything, the only issue was the ice machine wasn’t working. Don’t know if we were supposed to turn it on somehow, but we had no access to ice. Everything else was fantastic. Great host!

AMAZING

This house is in a perfect location and everything was BEYOND AMAZING! My staff and I were in for an event in the city and enjoyed our time in the house. Don't think to book anything other then here the quality and communication is the best we have experienced around town! We will be back soon.

Just a quick wknd away with HS guy group for a little golf, great dinners and casinos (what more could you ask for!?) great property and would go back in a heartbeat!

Very Nice AC Surprise - on beach block and next to Atlantic Ave.

This trip was with my entire family (including grand children) and SO (total of 10 of us) to attend a niece's wedding as well as see some family members for a long weekend. First the location was very good - newer homes around, steps to the boardwalk and 'free' (badgeless) beach and, if you want an easy jump-on the Pacific Avenue Jetney transportation system. Parking at the house was great - could easily accommodate 4-5 cars in the driveway. The accommodations were clean and appeared to be fairly new. The house was not just outfitted for cooking, sleeping and bathing, but the owners had excellent foresight to include toys for younger children to play, as well as beach material (15 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and beach play toys) with a wagon to help carrying these things to the beach. Most of rooms had working TV with living room including a subscription to YouTubeTV. Kitchen had every needed item to cook, clean and eat as well as initial supplies of coffee and tea. Beds were very comfortable. Showers / baths were well equipped (body soup, shampoo provided). HVAC worked very well but sometimes balancing between the floors was a challenged (2 thermostats for 3 levels). Outside of the house was well maintained and had a grill and chairs to sit out. One item is the house is right on Atlanta Avenue which can be busy and sometimes noisy traffic. The Hosts did an outstanding job communicating and included a book of property operation. Will rent again for sure.

Cozy beach house

We had an amazing experience staying at this very quaint and cozy beach house. Close to amenities and especially the beach. It was clean; spacious, had a lot of things that made our vacation easier and less things to worry about.for ex Beach chairs, towels etc. was overall a very lovely experience. Property managers very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again.
