This charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront home offers the ideal blend of relaxation, comfort, and outdoor fun—perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind by the water.

The Space
Step inside to a warm and inviting layout designed for both comfort and convenience. The main level features a spacious master suite with a king bed and a private attached bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a day on the lake.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms:
• A queen bedroom
• A second queen bedroom
• A fourth bedroom with a full-size bed and a twin bed

These bedrooms share a full bathroom, making it a great setup for families or groups traveling together.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you’re cooking a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out on the water, you’ll feel right at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, giving you options to start your morning just the way you like it.

Outdoor Living & Lake Access

Head down to your private dock where you can:

The water depth at the dock is approximately 5–6 feet, making it great for swimming and water activities.

Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly home! We welcome up to 1 dog, 20lbs or less. All pets must be approved at the time of booking, and a non-refundable $300 pet fee applies.

Anslie’s Café & Mini Mart is just a quick 5-minute drive from the property, perfect for grabbing essentials, breakfast, or a quick bite. Right across the street, you’ll find Amigo's Cove, a convenient spot to enjoy casual Mexican dining close to home.

For a wider selection of groceries, shopping, and restaurants, the town of Milledgeville is about a 30-minute drive away. This is also where you’ll find Georgia College & State University and Georgia Military College.

If you’re looking to enjoy dining on the water, check out The Front Porch on Sinclair—a local favorite. Just behind it, you’ll also find a Waffle House, and another Mexican restaurant conveniently located across the road.

For lake-day essentials and fuel, Crooked Creek Marina is nearby on the water. Additionally, Little River Park is the only location on the lake offering a 24-hour gas pump, making it especially convenient for boaters.
