Susan, I'm really glad you got to enjoy that back deck view; it's one of my favorite parts of this place too. That said, I'm sorry the cleanliness wasn't up to par. The pans, cobwebs, cabinet handles, and baseboards you mentioned are not what I want guests dealing with, and I'll be addressing this with the cleaning crew.
