Ein wahrhaft malerischer Panoramablick eröffnet sich Ihnen vom Garten und der Terrasse des Ferienhauses, das sich in privilegierter Lage in Pietralata, einem kleinen Ortsteil von Pisciotta, befindet.
Beim Entspannen auf der Terrasse scheint man gleichsam über dem Meer zu schweben – zu allen Seiten haben Sie das tiefblaue Meer und die cilentanische Küste vor Augen. Das Capo Palinuro, das Wahrzeichen des Cilento, liegt zum Greifen nah.

FANTASTISCHER MEERBLICK
Casa degli Ulivi mit wunderschöner Bruchsteinfassade ist von Weinbergen umgeben. Das 2.500 m² große Grundstück ist v.a. mit Olivenbäumen bewachsen. Im terrassierten Garten finden Sie viele Orte zum Entspannen, Sonnen und Schmökern.
Ein Lieblingsplatz wird mit Sicherheit die weitläufige Dachterrasse, wo Sie das schöne Panorama in vollen Zügen genießen können. Eine besondere Abendatmosphäre zaubert das blaue und grüne Licht der Außenbeleuchtung, das die Farben des Meeres und der Olivenhaine widerspiegelt.

HOCHWERTIGE EINRICHTUNG
Die Villa ist hochwertig und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, herrlich anzuschauen ist sie jedoch bereits von außen. Große Fenster und Terrassentüren sind in die traditionelle Bruchsteinfassade eingelassen.
Den Effekt bemerken Sie beim Betreten der großen Wohnküche: sie ist lichtdurchflutet und man meint, im Freien zu sitzen. Sogar beim Kochen genießen Sie freien Meerblick – besser lassen sich mediterrane Gerichte nicht zubereiten!
Die 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; 3 Einzelbetten) haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Die Gestaltung der Schlafzimmer in Grün und Blau erinnert auch wieder an die Farben des Meeres und der Olivenbäume.
Für Ihr Auto gibt es einen reservierten Parkplatz. Die gesamte Villa sowie die Zufahrt dahin sind barrierefrei und somit auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.

Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants finden Sie im etwa 3 km entfernten Pisciotta. Den etwa 4,5 km entfernten langen Sandstrand Saline erreichen Sie nach knapp 10 Fahrminuten.

Wanderfreunde können direkt von der Casa degli Ulivi aus ihre Touren starten: Von Pietralata, einem "Sackgassenort" ohne Durchgangsverkehr, führen Wanderwege z.B. zum Monte Castellucio oder zum mittelalterlichen Bergort Rodio.

When relaxing on the terrace, you feel like floating above the deep blue waters of the sea, the Cilento coastline is always within view and Capo Palinuro, the Cilento’s landmark, seems close enough to touch.

FANTASTIC SEA VIEW
Casa degli Ulivi with its beautiful quarry stone façade lies surrounded by vineyards. The 2,500 m² property is planted mainly with olive trees. The terraced garden offers many spots for relaxing, sunbathing and reading.
The spacious roof terrace is sure to become one of your favorite spots; from there, you can enjoy the panorama to the full. In the evening, the outdoor lighting, its blue and green lights reflecting the colors of the sea and the olive groves, creates a special kind of atmosphere.

TASTEFUL AND APPEALING – INSIDE AND OUT
Casa degli Ulivi is tasteful and high-quality inside, appealing both inside and out. Large windows and French doors are set into the traditional quarry stone façade.

In the large, light flooded kitchen-dining-living room you almost feel like sitting out in the open. From the kitchen area, you have also got a view of the sea, which might add a special flavor to your Mediterranean dishes. The 2 bedrooms (double bed; 3 single beds) have got an en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) each. Designed and held in green and blue, the bedrooms too reflect the colors of the sea and the olive trees.

Casa degli Ulivi also features SAT-TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. A children’s bed can be provided upon request. There is a reserved parking space for your car. Both the holiday home as a whole and the access road are devoid of barriers and therefore also wheelchair accessible.

FURTHER INFORMATION
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are found at Pisciotta (ca. 3 km). Long, sandy Saline beach is about 4.5 km from Casa degli Ulivi, it takes you around 10 min by car to get there.

If you love hiking, you can start on your tours directly from the holiday home: From Pietralata, a "dead end district" without through traffic, hiking trails run, for example, to Monte Castellucio and to the medieval mountain village of Rodio.
