This space has a large Lanai that is perfect for sunbathing, lounging of have a meal in the Hawaiian weather.

The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building.

On the top of the building there is a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area, if you would like to entertain some guests.

Guest access
You'll have access to everything in the condo as well as the pool and amenity deck which is up the stairs on the Penthouse level.

*Notice:
Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours.

Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.
