Perfectly situated, one block from Waikiki beach, our condo has amazing ocean views from every corner of the unit. Diamond Head, swimming pool and recreation deck and city views from Lanai.

Located in the heart of Waikiki our condo is located just few steps away (3-4 min walk) to iconic Waikiki Beach that is every surfer’s paradise and offers mesmerizing sunsets.

The condo is right in the center of hundreds of restaurants, shops and nightlife including newly built International Marketplace.

For your easy access and privacy, we have installed 2 new frosted glass doors to enter Vanity and Bathroom area - one from bedroom and another from living room.

Kitchen features ALL new stainless steel - Air Fryer, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Rice/lentil/pasta cooker, Hot Water Kettle, Wide slot toaster, Ninja blender that can crush ICE, Samsung French door refrigerator with filtered water pitcher that auto fills in less than a minute, and bright dimmable lights.

Entire condo features modern sun shades to allow ambient sun light throughout the day in the condo.

Waikiki Banyan complex offers use of a large swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, children’s play ground, tennis and basketball court and cooking area with grills (pay per use - $2).

There is a laundry room located on each Waikiki Banyan floor with washer and dryer installed (pay per use - $2.50).

There is a convenience store and Banyan Breeze Coffee shop in the lobby area.

A new bike rental program (gobiki.org) has been installed in front of the Waikiki Banyan offering bike rentals by hour or by day.

We follow State recommended five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on professional cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights about our cleaning process:

We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

As advertised
Overall, a nice property. The unit has everything one would need, and then some. It is perfect for a couple. We really appreciated the "beach wagon" so we could transport the chairs (provided) and the umbrella (provided), as well as our own small cooler and snorkel gear, to the beach. The beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We decided not to rent a car, and relied on Uber/Lyft, and excursion providers to get us where we wanted to go. Noise level from the street (even on the 22nd floor) was a little surprise, but this a CITY with LOTS of people. You get used to it. The owners are very responsive to communication. We didn't have any problem - so no real reason for constant contact. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location
The condo was in a fantastic location. There is a food truck alley right by it thar was amazing! Very close to the beach. The thing that we struggled with was the light. The shades do not block light at all. It is a city and the lights at night are still very bright. Also, both doors into the bathroom are frosted glass, so if anyone uses the bathroom during the night, it lights up the entire condo. We were up early every day, and sleep with eye masks, so it wasn't a huge deal for us, but just be mindful of the light during the night.

So glad we booked here! Great neighborhood and close to the beach. We loved all of the amenities including a laundry room next door to our unit to anything you could want for the beach - from beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and even a wagon to haul everything. There's no way we could have brought all of that on the plane. Our host, Niki, was quick to respond to any questions and always very gracious. Mahalo!

This is a beautifully remodeled condo. Blocks away from the beach, food and shopping. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We loved the additional touch of coffee being provided so we could drink it while soaking in the beautiful view. Provided beach supplies were also a nice addition. We would stay here again!

Fantastic stay!
We loved our stay in Waikiki! The condo was perfect for my wife and I. One block from the beach (2 from Duke's statue), short walks to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc., it was perfect. The condo has everything we needed and Niki, the owner ,was incredibly helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
