Steps away from the newly built International marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores around the corner and convenience stores right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car.

The view overlooks the golf course and is the unit to give the space a little extra privacy. Standard amenities include a in-unit washer dryer, and dish washer. There are two beds, one queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pullout full sofa bed in the living room.

The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building.

On the top of the building there is a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area, if you would like to entertain some guests.

*Please note the state requires us to mention a 14% transient accommodation tax and 4.712% general excise tax. Taxes apply to room rate and cleaning fees. This is already included in the rate on VRBO

*Notice:
Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours.

Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. An additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings.

Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.


Important Note: Pool is closed from January 5, 2026 to February 13, 2026 due to emergency repair.

Note: Starting January 1, 2026, Hawaii’s Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will go up from 10.25% to 11%. If your reservation falls after this date, there will be a small 0.75% tax adjustment added.


Important Notice: Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.

Garbage Disposal Rule:

Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal. If a clog occurs and large particles are found in the disposal, a $200 plumbing fee will be charged.

There will be a charge if the bedding or towels are damaged by wine, hair dye, medicine drops.
$100 bedding $6 per towels
