Set within the gated Reunion Resort community, this spacious home puts you roughly 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World while giving you every reason to linger right where you are.

Living space

The open-plan ground floor brings the living room, dining area, and kitchen together in one flowing space. Large sliding doors draw in natural light and open directly onto the pool area, keeping the indoors and outdoors connected throughout your stay. The dining table seats eight, making it easy to gather the whole group for meals before or after a day out. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, free parking on premises, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi round out the practical essentials.

Entertainment

A converted game room gives guests of all ages somewhere to compete, with air hockey and a ping pong table ready for the action. Upstairs, a Mickey Mouse-themed movie room creates a cosy cinema-style setting for winding down between adventures. Multiple smart TVs are available throughout the home.

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own personality and private bathroom. The first king suite offers a calm, comfortable retreat with an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom pairs a queen bed with a twin bed and its own full bathroom - a practical layout for small families or mixed groups. The Minions-themed room delights younger guests with two single-over-single bunk beds and a private bathroom. The Star Wars-themed bedroom brings a galactic edge to bedtime, featuring a queen bed and a single-over-single bunk bed with its own ensuite. A fifth king bedroom completes the lineup, offering another private suite with a full bathroom.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before a park run to relaxed dinners shared around the table. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Starter supplies are provided on arrival, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, kitchen towels, and trash bags - topped up as needed for longer stays.

Outdoor space

The private pool sits at the centre of the outdoor area, surrounded by comfortable seating for poolside lounging after a full day out. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to keep the gathering going outside well into the evening.

Resort amenities

As guests of Reunion Resort, you have access to pools, spas, and fitness centres across several resort areas - including Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces. The Liberty Bluff Dog Park and playground, and the Grand Traverse Parkway outdoor fitness centre and playground, are also available.



Note:

Pools and gym can be used by guests. No access to the water park or lazy river.

Reunion Resort sits in a quiet, beautifully maintained gated community with championship golf courses and scenic walking areas nearby. Walt Disney World is approximately 8 miles away (15-20 minutes), Disney Springs around 11 miles (20-25 minutes), Universal Studios roughly 20 miles (30-35 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando about 17 miles (25-30 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 29 miles out, around 35-40 minutes by car.

Practical details

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
