*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.

We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 3 Master (Upper Floor): 1 King Bed, TV, Split Air Conditioning, Blackout Curtains, Closets, Large Balcony and Whirlpool Bathtub.

Suite 4 Service Quarters (Basement): 1 Single Bed with Trundle, Split Air Conditioning, Chest of Drawers.

The condominium offers two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green areas with Atlantic Forest reserve, and 24-hour security. There is also a free shuttle service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and the beach. Schedules depend on availability.

The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the highlight, featuring a pool, dining furniture, and a green area that puts you in direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on beautiful beaches and by the pool at my property. In addition, the lively nightlife, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice for different preferences, balancing tranquility, rest, and vibrant nightlife.
