The space
This unit has everything you need for a serene getaway to the desert. Each bedroom is spacious, offering comfortable retreats with a King bed in each room for rest and rejuvenation, complemented by two well-appointed bathrooms. Enjoy the comfort of a Sleep Number Adjustable King bed in the main bedroom for the best night's sleep.

The newly updated Chef's kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and dining at the expansive island. You can also enjoy dining on the patio at the outdoor dining table for 6! Reverse Osmosis drinking water and whole house water softener.

The interior boasts a harmonious blend of modern and original 1960 mid-century design. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch meant for TV and movie night. There is also a desk/work station if needed.

The unit has two lovely patios. There is a private patio retreat off the main bedroom, and a larger patio off of the living room that is steps from the community pool with beautiful mountain views. This patio features comfortable lounge seating, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining table.

The pool area features a shady cabana, gas barbecue, and plenty of patio and pool furniture. The inviting pool is kept at a warm 85 in the winter months.

The unit is easily accessible, with parking spaces near the the main entrance, and a reserved covered space in the nearby carport. Everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay is available: plenty of linens, full in-unit laundry, new cookware and dishware, smart TV’s in every room with cable, and wireless Internet access.
