I wouldn’t recommend this property. The grass needed cutting, it was very high. They only have a loveseat in the livingroom, not enough room to lounge. The lighting in the kitchen was poor. Very minimal paper goods. This property wasn’t very clean. Compared to other VRBOs we’ve rented this one fell very short. No instructions from the host either.

Our arrival at the home was an unpleasant surprise, due to the fact that the lawn was overgrown on both sides of the walking path all the way to the front door. The house also lacked luster because it is in need of a paint job! Although we were only vacationing, we were still looking forward to a more comfy and inviting place for our visit and this home truly disappointed in both aspects! Inside of the home it was obvious that the furniture had not been updated in a while as well as the kitchen cabinets and both washer and dryer! Overall we made it work, but giving attention to the details listed would make the next renter’s experience a lot better than what we had.

Overall, the stay was fine, but a few amenities and conveniences were missing that would have made it more comfortable.The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty.All of the glass shower doors had sliding issues, there were not enough bath towels and there were no pool towels. The washer was very old and could use an upgrade. Also the refrigerator and freezer were turned down. Someone apparently went into the house when we were gone for the day as well.

The house overall is nice. It was very clean on the inside, the outside is another story. The lawn was not mowed and the weeds went up to my thigh. There was a chair in the pool when we arrived that I removed which lead to having rust in the pool water as well as a stain on the pool floor. The tv in the master bedroom does not work properly. The host sounded very bothered and a bit rude on the phone when I called for instructions on the code for the lock to the front door. The door to the kitchen where the pool is does not lock. The lights outside where the pool is do not work. There are random remotes all over the house with no instructions on what the different remotes were for. I was charged a 200 cleaning fee which is not refundable and was included in the price before I arrived which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I thought it was a deposit and would be returned. I would stay there again, only if the upkeep of outside the house was done as well as the other things stated in this review were completed. I will NOT stay there again if that 200 cleaning fee is still charged.

Do NOT rent this property! The owner obviously doesn't care about maintenance or upkeep. The yard was not mowed and at least a foot high. After contacting the owner it was mowed but all the grass was left in clumps. The pool skimmer was full of debris and the sides of the pool had missing tiles with scum growing. There were no top sheets on the beds. The comforters were old and pilled. No access to the garage. The AC intake had no filter and mold was growing on the inside. Much concern about a fire hazard based on how hot the washer and dryer room got as I could not find where the dryer was vented. It has probably not been cleaned in quite a while. We purchased shampoo and soap as we saw none in the unit when entering. We eventually found old soap and shampoo behind bathroom mirrors that clearly appeared old as the conditioner looked as if it had settled. The bars of soap were in pieces and dried out. At least three light bulbs were burned out and no replacements available. The outside lights around the pool were inoperable. There is only one love seat in the den area but there is a long table that seats six that looks like it was purchased at a garage sale. A very disappointing experience. I would recommend taking this property off VRBO.

This person is only trying to harm our business! We went to the house and fixed everything they asked for. We eventually are trying to do our best to keep up the property.

It was more beautiful in person..close to shopping plazas and theme parks.house is made for a family and it’s kid friendly..the pool is warm and the view was more amazing..i will book again.

House was great, could use a few indoor rugs to prevent slipping with wet feet (pool area and front door since it was raining especially). Beds were comfy. Coffee pot could be bigger…the smaller-than-hotel-size was not 5 adults friendly, I ended up going out to buy a regular size coffee maker. Pool and pool area could have used a quick clean, but we didn’t swim anyway. Watching the wildlife from the pool deck in the morning was nice. Host was quick to answer when we need something. I would stay again if needed to.
