It is located in a completely quiet surrounding. At the same time it is located not far from the beaches.
The spacious living room opens up to a 50m2 wooden terrace and a garden with a beautiful view into the green.

The space
The house is a bio climatic constructed house which is well isolated. So even in the hot summer days it will stay cool in the house.

Both the living room and bed room opens up to the south facing garden with big glass sliding doors.
The bed room measures 18m2 and is equipped with a queen size bed, a dressing and has a beautiful view into the garden. The bathroom is ensuite with a big mirror and an Italian shower.
The toilet is separate.

Upstairs the two bed rooms share one bathroom with bathtub.
The two single beds can be connected for it to be a king size double bed.

On hot summer days you will find enough shade under the trees in the garden or you can cool down under the outside shower.

Other things to note
The cycling path is only 200m from the house and it takes you parallel to the main road north and south along the beautiful forest, fields and farms.
The new (2024) garden shed is locked but the covered area with furniture is for you to use of course.

The closest beach is only 3 km away and not many people know it. I will tell you about it on your arrival.
The closest public beaches with lifeguards and swimming zone are in Messanges or Moliets which you reach in max 7-10 min with the car.

We have a cooperation with a bike rental shop which delivers rental bikes to the house for your convenience.
