When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.

Great location!

Great condo ! Loved the all widows and the natural light. Great location, 5 minute walk to town, I believe the bus stop was right in front of the condos. Bedroom were comfortable along with the rest of the condo.

Great Location

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo. Easily walkable to local shopping and restaurants. Wonderful surprise that the queen bed was updated to a king bed. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of shopping. It was our pup's first time traveling. She loved being on the ground level close to the outdoors.

Only one complaint but it’s a big one. Advertised as ski in ski out but it is not if there is not enough snow. I would never have booked this location and paid for ski in / out if there was a chance that this was not the case. Might as well have paid for a place off the mountain on the bus line and saved the extra cost for ski in and out. staff were lovely!

Great stay everything you need!

Look no further! Amazing! Beautiful condo with 2 balconies and a hot tub right outside the front door! Quiet as can be you can lay back and just hear the stream flowing from the bedroom “if you visit at the right time I’m sure that is lol”! Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, check in took less than 5 minutes and the place was spotless. Very close to all of the action. Very family friendly.

Great location and condo is fine inside. However, two issues to be aware of: (1) The master bedroom backs against the wall that has wooden steps to the building exit, so it gets real loud every night and morning as people come and go. (2) I had a hell of a time between Vacasa and VRBO about the pet being included, as Vacasa insisted on charging me additional amounts and it was only after hours on the phone with VRBO that I finally got them to reimburse me for the fee that Vacasa insisted on charging.

Labor Day stay with family

The location was good and walkable to downtown. Overall the condo was just ok. After settling we we noticed there was a heavy layer of dust on tables and dust bunnies in corners that we swept up. Also, bottom rack of the dishwasher was missing a wheel and we were only given two dishwasher tabs for 7 days stay.

This was a great pet-friendly option for our family! We most appreciated how easy it was to access the slopes, trails, and main street. While it's a short walk up to the Snowflake lift (which is also a great place to hop on a walking trail), it was even faster and easier to catch one of the frequent shuttles that stopped just across the parking lot. And even though we were there at Spring Break after a terrible snow season, we were (just barely) able to ski all the way bay to condo, which was handy when some people wanted to be done and others wanted to keep skiing. We used the hot tub several times and loved how easy it was to look out the window to see if it was busy and then dash over. If we'd had a larger group, the club room would have been nice too - and just down the hall. This is a ground level unit right by the door, so it could be a little noisy (especially as people came down the stairs in ski boots in the morning) and the view out one window is largely parking lot, but we felt the trade off was worth it: easy in and out for walking the dog/unloading, could toss our gear right onto the balcony as we came in from skiing, and minimal stairs for tired legs. Other things we liked: large dining table that fit six of us easily, washer/dryer, and ski storage closet. The kitchen is supplied like your typical rental property, so don't expect any basics (like oil or seasonings) or fancy cookware, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break PineRidge Breckenridge 2024

We had an amazing vacation at Pine Ridge in Breckenridge. Our Room was right off 4 o’clock Trail, and Hot Tub was right next to our room.. No complaints at all. Cristy’s Rental shop was connected to our place. Ski down and walk 50 yards to our door. Can take a bus free basically to any location on the mountain and It picked up right at our place. Downtown was only two blocks away to walk to all the stores and eat. We had an amazing vacation. Great place and highly recommended.

Great Breckenridge Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were able to ski down to the actual condo itself. It was about a 10 min uphill walk to the lift, which was tiresome, but there was a shuttle right outside of the condo that we could catch (usually arrived within 5 mins). The condo itself was very nice. We enjoyed it being on the bottom floor. There was some noise from upstairs early morning as people were making their way out to ski, but that it expected with heavy ski boots. The hot tub is located right across from the condo as well, so it was a short walk back. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Ski-in, but not a true ski-out

Let me preface this by saying we had a good stay here, and it is in a great location in town. Office staff were very friendly! The “ski-in” was lovely, and public/shared hot tub is right outside this unit. I do want to state it is not a true “ski out”, it’s not terribly inconvenient (a short walkvery short shuttle ride to the snowflake lift), however I do feel like it’s a bit fudging of advertising to call it ski out. Not a deal breaker just be aware of this!

Would stay again

A very nice for a modestly priced condo on 4 O’Clock Run with great friendly service. Note that we had issues with one of the bedroom heaters/thermostats but a very friendly mgmt promptly brought 2 small and easy to use space heaters that worked perfectly. Well decorated and maintained for an older condo. The master bathroom is small but very comfortable with a nice heated floor and modern tile and shower stall. The bedding is clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Living room is comfy. this is absolutely Ski IN - the 4 o’clock run comes right behind the unit, pop off your skis walk 10 steps into the hall where your ski locker is located. It is NOT ski out BUT take it from a ski snob - it’s almost BETTER . The ski shuttle is 8 steps from the front door, it comes every 5-10 mins and it drops you literally 6 steps from ANY chair. If you stay at most ski out places, you ski down to some cold, slow old 2-person chair and have to ride to the real chairlift in the cold. Instead, get on this very comfortable heated bus for a 2 minute ride to the super quad hi-speed chair at the Base of Peak 9.Unbelievably, this condo is actually across the street, steps, from the middle of Main Street Beckenridge and can walk or crawl to all of the bars, restaurants, shops and scene that IS Breckenridge.
