Slopeside Grill is a great place along with many others on the mountain ( that is odd they ran out of food) I know it was a busy weekend( one of the busiest in the summer months). Some of the stores have limited hours in the summer months, but most should have been open? Glad you had a great time. Janeth (Property Manager)

Thanks Carrie for your review. The outdoor tubs are the nicer of the hot tubs and it is literally 30 seconds to the outdoor ones, but many guest can't seem to find them very well. I have directions to them in the condo binder, but many guest just go to the indoor ones, so they don't have to go outside. The location is what makes this condo along with the newly updated bathrooms and kitchen. I appreciate all your feedback on the condo and I hope you stay with us again. Janeth (Property Manager)

We understand your concerns about the mirrored walls and sliding closet doors, as well as the lack of privacy in the primary bedroom. We will review these aspects with our team to see how we can improve the guest experience. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom. We understand how important a comfortable and quiet environment is, and we regret that the broken AC unit and loud fan detracted from your stay. Our maintenance team has been notified to address this issue promptly. We also understand your concerns about the height of the vanities and the views from the unit. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our properties to help guests make informed decisions, and we will review the listing to ensure it accurately reflects the unit's features.
