The Space:

The home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, thoughtfully laid out across two levels. On the main floor, you’ll find the kitchen, living room, and a convenient downstairs bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer single-level access. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms provide plenty of space and privacy, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom.



The interior is bright and comfortable, with natural light throughout and an open layout that makes it easy to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The living room features ample seating and a smart TV, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day out.



Step outside and the home truly shines. The backyard is a lush, tropical retreat surrounded by palm trees and mature landscaping. Spend your days lounging by the private pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying the outdoor living areas. A built-in grill and patio space make outdoor dining effortless, while the putting green adds a fun and unique touch for guests of all ages. You can even pick fresh fruit from the trees, adding to the experience.

Getting Around:

The home is located in a quiet residential area of Vista, best explored by car. Having a vehicle is recommended to easily access nearby attractions, dining, and beaches.



You’re conveniently located just a short drive to some of North County San Diego’s highlights, including Legoland, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and the coastal beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials are also just a few minutes away.



Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, though wait times may vary depending on the time of day. Parking is available at the property, making it easy to come and go during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• There are cameras on the exterior facing outboard and a Ring camera at entrance

• Garage Parking, driveway parking and street parking.

• Events/parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
