🚗Parking Information
Valet parking is available through the resort:
• $35 per night plus taxes
• $550 monthly rate
The valet stand is conveniently located near the building entrance for easy access upon
arrival.

🏡Important House Rules
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules
be respected:
- No smoking
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Government ID required and a credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in
for incidental charges
- We require all reservations with the same-day check-in to be made no later than 7 PM
and at least four hours before check-in.
- The resort is valet only with parking available for $35 per night plus tax or $550 per
month, charged to the tenant
- A $100 charge will be applied for lost elevator fob.

🐶 Pet Friendly Policy
Small breeds will be allowed upon discretion. A fully refundable pet damage deposit of $500 is required at time of booking. If there is no damage to any furniture or accessories, the damage deposit will be returned to you upon check out and property inspection.

Each additional pet will be an additional $100 added to the refundable damage deposit making it the perfect choice for pet lovers.
We kindly ask that you watch your pet closely while in the unit, do your best to keep them off beds and furniture and lead them to the relief areas when necessary.

To access your unit, please request the elevator fob at the front desk for your initial check-in. We will provide you with a self-check-in code 4 hours prior to your check-in date. Your elevator fob will be available at your residence.

Towel Service 🧖‍♀️
Please note that our property is part of the residences, not the resort. For this reason,
we provide a standard set of towels per reservation. Unlike the hotel side, which refreshes towels daily since they don’t have washers and dryers on site, the residences are
equipped differently and do not follow the same daily towel service.

- Construction Noise Notice: While we do our best to ensure a comfortable an enjoyable
stay, please be aware that occasional construction, maintenance, or renovation work may take place with or without notice in or around the building or neighboring properties. These activities are outside of KJM Hospitality’s control, and we cannot be held responsible for
any noise or disruptions that may occur.

Resort Access
- Exclusive guest access: Guests have (pay-for-use) access to all spa facilities,
restaurants, bars, and the lobby coffee shop.
Of course, you may enjoy complimentary beach access, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and all pool areas. Additionally, there is a resident exercise room for your use, and you may also enjoy any fitness class that is offered by the resort by going online to amritocean. and selecting the “fitness schedule”. No appointment is necessary. Simply proceed to the spa desk and let them know you would like to participate in a fitness class.

🏠Furniture and Bedding Policy
To help us maintain the quality, comfort and presentation of the property for all guests,
we kindly ask that you do not move or rearrange any furniture or accessories during your
stay. Each piece has been thoughtfully placed to ensure safety, functionality, and the best
overall experience. Additionally, mattress toppers are provided to enhance your comfort and protect the bedding. Please do not remove or alter them. If you feel that any adjustments are necessary for your stay, we are more than happy to assist- just reach out to us directly. We truly appreciate your understanding and
cooperation in helping us keep the home in excellent condition for everyone.

✉️For security and per HOA regulations we kindly ask that packages and suitcases are
not delivered to the property before or during your stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to
guarantee their safety or hold items on your behalf. If you need to receive something while in town, we recommend using a nearby delivery locker, post office hold, or local pickup location.
