Took 3 hours to get checked in, because owners name was listed not ours. The room is decent in size, but needs some work. The sliding doors to bathrooms were broken and one completely unusable. The coffee pot had old moldy coffee left in it. We were charged a fee for a keurig coffee maker and garbage disposal- we never used or tried to use either of those two items!

Family Vacation

The owner of our suite is amazing!!! She was very easy to get in touch with, very informative and very helpful!!! She gave me several recommendations for good places to eat, shop and must visits!!! The suite was exactly as it showed on the pictures and beach access was very easy to get to!! The kiddie pool was a hit for my 6 year old and the pool side bars were super convenient!!! The only issue we had was the color of the bath water was an orangish color and finding out upon check out that valet parking is NOT included in the price of the condo. But definitely an incredible place to stay and an amazing vacation for my family and I!!!

Great Place!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! We were traveling with 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-12). We were going to book The Ritz but chose this property due to the two primary suites. The condo is spacious, clean, and well decorated with beautiful views from every angle. It has everything you need for a fun time, including beach toys, pool toys, puzzles, games, dvds, books, baby gear, inflatable mattresses, roll away bed, etc. The property is great - beautiful beach complete with seashells and a natural sandbar that creates a calm swimming/snorkeling area, two pools, three restaurants, food/drink service from your beach or pool chair, a well equipped gym & spa. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Highly recommend!

Dream getaway

Our stay at the Presidential Suite in Resort at Singer Island was amazing! The suite was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 5. It was also reasonably priced, which is important considering the rising prices on pretty much everything nowadays. The resort has two pools, a hot tub, and many fun activities for kids an adults both by the pool and on the beach. It also merits mentioning the superb location, fantastic amenities, and the host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Slight confusion about which amenities at the resort were included in the booking. We hadn’t realized there was a mandatory $39 per day valet parking fee. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very receptive, prompt and helpful with any inquiries we had.

Top Notch!

I recently stayed at the Presidential Suite at the Marriott on Singer Island during my business trip and was thoroughly impressed by its spaciousness and high-end finishing. It did not have a hotel room feel, more like a very large apartment with great views. It offers a printer and a well-appointed workspace, the conference room downstairs , office center and helpful staff - all was perfect for my professional needs. I also discovered that hotel has great amenities and offers many activities for both adults and children (the water slide I saw from the condo’s balcony looked like a a lot of fun), so I will definitely be returning and plan to bring my entire family next time.

This is a wonderful place. Plenty of room with fabulous views. Close to everything. Just a reminder that this is a VRBO and you need to supply your own sundries including soap. There is no housekeeping like a regular hotel. Its hard to separate the VRBO from the hotel since it is actually located on the 20th floor of a hotel. However the valet, front desk and the concierge were amazing. We will be back.

Good family vacation spot - bit dated

Marriott and its amenities were nice for the entire family. We spent a week on Singer Island. And found this to be a great location! Check in and communications with the host were great. Some of the deck furniture appears to be loose and wobbly and close to filling apart. The pull out couch was in bad shape, so bad that our son had to simply sleep on the couch. And the TV in the master bedroom near the kitchen wasn’t working properly all week. Please note—The beach chairs at the Marriott are an extra $40 fee per day. This wasn’t 100% clear in the listing. Other than some needed updating, especially to furniture and some confusion over included amenities, we had a great stay

Mother/Daughter/Grandson trip

I booked this place because of the amazing views and rooms (for myself, my daughter and her 1 1/2 year old) for the second half of a week which we were in Miami for the first half for my daughter's videography business. I knew she would be exhausted after hours of shooting videos for clients and wanted a place for her to just relax and boy was this worth it!! Beautifully decorated, amazing views and the Host was even waiting for us since we requested early check-in (not realizing how traffic is in Miami) we ended up being 2 hours late for early check-in. We felt so bad! She also had a bottle of wine for us! She was so easy to work with and her response time to my questions was so quick both prior to booking and after booking! I would definitely return to her beautiful place! Having access to all of the hotels amenities was a major plus while having a 2/3 bedroom condo to ourselves instead of just a hotel room made life with a 1 1/2 year old less stressful! Thank you again for your hospitality! This definitely gets a 5 star review from me!

Great Hotel, Unit Needs Refreshing

The hotel was wonderful - and the actual space inside the unit was amazing - so spacious, great views and lots of room for families to spend time together when they aren’t in the sun - but this place needs a little refreshing attention. A lot of furniture is in less than ideal shape from wear, tear and age (the master bedroom off the kitchen dresser and bed, the dining room chairs, the outdoor furniture and the pull out sofa bed namely) The showers both need to be regrouted - they were cleaned, but had mildew in the corners that likely couldn’t be cleaned. As others have mentioned - this place couldn’t sleep more than 4 adults, the media room pull out sofa mattress was falling off the frame - but was suitable for children to sleep on. Katya was a great host - we had issues with a few of the doors not working and one of the televisions not working. She sent someone to fix the doors quickly- unfortunately the television couldn’t be fixed during our stay. It’s a great unit for families, but don’t expect Presidential Suite quality in the furnishings and fixtures.

We never wanted to leave!!!

A Thanksgiving week filled with family, memories, gratefulness, love and connections in the most beautiful and luxurious setting—that is the Presidential suite at the Marriott on Singer Island. Imagine yourself in the most comfortable bed, waking up and looking out at two different directions, both with picturesque scenery. Share a cup of coffee/tea, breakfast orcon your own or with that special someone in your life on your own private balcony. The entire place, fully stocked, was breathtaking—the living room was comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. You may want to go to a supermarket to collect items to prepare some of your own meals in their fully stocked kitchen (I.e. pots, pans, etc ). The Publix on Singer Island can be a bit pricey, so you can always drive a little longer distance into west palm beach or stock up before you leave home. Also, regarding eating, Carmines prepared some great meals for is (including a delicious Thanksgiving dinner) and I haven’t had such good Chinese food since I lived in New York City! The other bedrooms are comfortable as well!!! The main balcony is huge, easily a great view and a br and the owner, Bob, is extremely down to earth and the property manager, Katya, is always available to answer your questions. They both handle any situations you may have as fast as possible.

Fantastic spot on Singer Island

Katya was a terrific host. Very responsive. The place was very clean and beautiful unit on the 20th floor. I will definitely be back.
