The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, complete with a cozy dining area just off to the side for gathering over breakfast before a beach day or relaxing dinners at home. A small den/game room adds extra space for family fun, movie nights, or simply unwinding after exploring the Gulf Coast.
Both bedrooms are warm and welcoming, each featuring comfortable queen-sized beds, soft coastal décor, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for recharging after sunny days by the water. The upgraded bathroom includes a stylish vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Ideally located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, the home is just a short 5–10 minute drive from Madeira Beach and close to the award-winning beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions throughout beautiful Pinellas County. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this adorable coastal retreat is the ideal home away from home for couples, small families, or friends looking to experience the best of Florida beach living.

Kitchen: Modern stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher, retro design microwave, 2 slice toaster and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available. A round table with chairs for 4 sits to the side of the kitchen providing a great spot for morning coffee or breakfast.

Dining Area: Tucked behind the living room is a stylish dining table and chairs to seat 6.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa and accent chair, mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, console table, TV, and ceiling fan.

Game Room: Situated in a small building outdoors next to the pool, with loveseat, flat screen TV and gaming console.

Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed, desk with chair, TV, end tables, closet and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #2: Full-sized bed, end tables, TV, closet and ceiling fan.

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, single vanity and toilet.

Outdoor Area: Pool, putt-putt course, picnic table, multiple sun loungers and chairs and outdoor grill. Beach wagon, pool floats, beach chairs , umbrella and cooler also supplied.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This rental has driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Grass and street parking is not permitted.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
