The space
Tucked away in a small pine grove at the end of a private driveway in the rolling hills of Midpines along scenic Hwy 140, this property is an easy 40 minute drive along the Merced River to Yosemite National Park. You’ll see deer and turkeys, along with many species of birds and the occasional jackrabbit, right out your front door. There’s a convenience store just 5 minutes away and the historic mining town of Mariposa is close by with lots of great dining options, interesting shops and a full-sized grocery store for all of your needs.

This property has rewards for visitors in all seasons; spring brings vivid colors of toyon and redbuds, summer draws folks to the refreshing Merced River (6 miles to Briceburg), fall has colorful oaks and falling leaves and we get a handful of snow days each winter.
