For a change of pace, shop in historic Mariposa and visit the Chukchansi Casino just 29 miles away. Two and a half hours away is Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park with the stunning giant Redwood trees you have to see to believe.

Great place!

We stayed here after a day in Yosemite and I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. There was more than enough room for a group of 6 of us and the property was beautiful. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the deck was so nice to relax on after a long day of hiking.

Lovely peaceful place

Though it was a bit far from Yosemite, we really enjoyed the stay. We are definitely returning for a longer stay. The place is big, clean, and well furnished to welcome any peaceful family. The neighborhood seem very quite and truly felt like a retreat.

Beautiful property located near many attractions.

We were very happy with the property. The house was very well appointed and had many nice extras. The owner checked on us via message many times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again in the future when we are out in Yosemite.

We loved staying here. House is about 15 minutes from Meriposa downtown. House was very spacious to accommodate 8 people. Enjoyed taking morning breakfast rite on patio while listening river stream sounds. Excellent location. Well managed and maintained house.

Beautiful Location!

We stayed one night and it was a perfect lay over on our way to Yosemite. Our family enjoyed the babbling creek, the nature, porch swing, ping pong table, and the spacious living area with a large dine in kitchen/ living area. The house is well designed for groups and beautifully designed with 2 floors and 3 baths. We had wished we would have had more time there. Everyone in our group loved it!

Don’t expect to have any city life around it. It’s a place you go to escape from from the hustle and bustle of the city and that’s exactly what we’ve got. Wonderful Weekend Getaway at a Beautiful and Cozy Home!!

What a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway this was for our family of seven! It was a home away from home experience with all the accommodations required for a family to enjoy some much needed quality time together. This was definitely money well spent. It is such a Beautiful Cozy Home and the view was amazing to wake up to!! It was just the vibe we needed to get away from the city for a bit!!
