Bayshore Getaway - Crystal River Waterfront 5BR, Private Dock, Sleeps 11

Waterfront Crystal River 5BR built for families, groups, boating trips, scalloping weekends, and manatee season. This three-level home sleeps 11 in beds and sits on a tidal canal with a private floating dock. The owner`s personal watercraft and its lift are strictly off-limits and are not part of the rental.

THE SPACE
Ground floor: bedroom, full bath, bar kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, cookware, and a large game room with ping pong, arcade games, darts, 3 TVs, and a jumbotron.
Main floor: full kitchen with double oven and coffee setup, living room with fireplace, board games on the desk, and porch access, dining space, half bath, laundry, and king primary suite with two vanities, walk-in shower, soaking tub, separate toilet room, and balcony.
Third floor: two side bedrooms, each with a walk-in-shower bathroom, a middle bunk room for kids, and a balcony with water views. A 3-story elevator helps with stairs and luggage. Two people max; children need adult supervision.

SLEEPING
Sleeps 11 in beds: king primary suite, multiple queen bedrooms, and a queen/twin bunk room.

OUTDOORS
private dock for guest boats, heated dip pool (about 10x10 ft, 3 ft deep), tiki bar, gas fire pit, putting green, cornhole, swings, lounge seating, balconies, and dog-friendly turf with bags, trash can, and hose. The owner`s personal watercraft/lift is strictly off-limits.

GOOD TO KNOW
The home is on a tidal canal; water depth varies near low tide and in winter. Boats 27 ft and smaller are recommended. Check tide charts and confirm your boat draft before using the canal or dock.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties or events unless approved in writing before arrival. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered overnight guests may stay at the property.

Use the dock, floating dock, heated dip pool, balconies, elevator, fire pit, putting green, game room, and outdoor areas with care and at your own risk. Children must be supervised around water, balconies, the elevator, and dock.

The owner`s personal watercraft and its lift are strictly off-limits and are not part of the rental. The private dock is for approved guest boats only; boats 27 ft and smaller are recommended. Check tides and confirm your boat draft before using the canal or dock.

Pets must be approved and are limited to two dogs, 25 lb each (a $150 pet fee per stay applies), unless otherwise agreed in writing. No cats. Clean up after pets using the provided turf, bags, trash can, and hose. Do not allow pets in the heated dip pool or on furniture without covers.

Late checkout: Standard checkout is 10 AM. Late checkout may be available on request depending on our cleaning schedule, so just message us. When the calendar allows, checkout until 11 AM is complimentary, until 1 PM is $50, and later times are billed at the nightly rate. Late checkouts cannot be accommodated on days when another guest is arriving.
