Everything in the apartment is free for guests to use. If you're needing a place for longer than 3 months special furniture arrangements may be requested.

✧ Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, bath products (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap), cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent), pillows and towels
✧We do not provide other personal hygiene products (sanitary napkins, razors/foam, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.)
✧We provide pack and play, baby bathtubs, and high chairs. Please inform us of your needs when booking.
✧Kitchen and refrigerator are free to use, but we hope that the cooking method is simple to keep the indoor environment tidy and clean
✧No cleaning service during the stay, but vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies will be provided. If you want to pay extra for cleaning during the stay, please let us know and book in advance.

Please note: When leaving the room, please turn off lights, A/C and other electrical products to save energy.

✦ Please check Taiwanese laws regarding short-term rentals before booking, (short term renting is technically illegal), the apartment is in local area please don't mention renting while living here. We say you're business associates.

✦ No outside visitors: Don't host or meet local friends and family during your stay, we need to keep the integrity of this community, keeping traffic here to a minimum. (kindly ask if you have any questions)

✦ Our apartment is great place for families, please keep this in mind before booking, no loud or groups.

✦ This is a 1.4 million usd apt. Our well-to-do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 6 people. It's not suited for packing people in, sneaking extra guests, partying, or using the place to meet local family and friends
