-Bathrooms: Shared hall bath upstairs with tub/shower combo. Primary bedrooms each have private baths with showers. A half-bath is located on the main level.

-Step outside to enjoy the screened-in porch and outdoor patio with additional dining table and propane grill.

-Pool: Guests will have access to the community pool, located just steps from the house.

-Parking: The unit has two dedicated parking spaces with additional overflow parking available directly outside the unit.
