THE LOCATION

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in O'Fallon, you'll enjoy a peaceful place to unwind while staying close to everything the area has to offer. Historic Cottleville is just minutes away with local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and boutique shopping. Main Street St. Charles is about 20 minutes out, and the nearby interstate makes it an easy drive to downtown St. Louis, the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo, and Lambert International Airport.

THE MAIN LEVEL

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space where vaulted ceilings make the main level feel airy and welcoming. The living room flows naturally into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook meals, share conversations, or simply relax after a day exploring the area.

Down the hall you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. The king and queen bedrooms each feature Roku TVs, while the kids' bedroom includes a twin bed with a trundle and a fun space designed with younger guests in mind. The full hall bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

THE LOWER LEVEL

The lower level gives your group an entirely separate place to gather, making it easy for everyone to spread out without feeling separated. Sink into the oversized sectional for movie night on the 85" Roku TV, play board games around the game table, or challenge someone to a round of mini basketball. There is even a framed Scrabble board and a tic-tac-toe wall game for a little friendly competition.

Just off the Entertainment Room is a private family suite featuring a king canopy bed, a daybed with trundle, a Roku TV, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The flexible sleeping arrangement comfortably fits an entire family, making it ideal for grandparents, parents with young children, or families who want their own space.

THE BACKYARD

This is a backyard that does the entertaining for you. Relax in the year-round hot tub beneath the private covered gazebo, grill dinner on the patio, enjoy meals together under the string lights, or gather around the fire pit after the sun goes down.

The fully fenced backyard gives kids plenty of room to run and play while parents keep an eye on everything from the patio. Hot tub towels are provided for your convenience.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

Traveling with kids is easier when you don't have to pack half the house. The Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby gates, toys, and sound machine are already here, along with a full list of family gear below. Add the fenced backyard, swing set, and Entertainment Room, and guests of all ages feel at home.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home. Your personalized door code and check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- The home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level and one attached to the lower-level family suite.
- No pets, please. We love them, but this home is not set up for furry guests.
- The Pack 'n Play is stored in the lower-level storage room near the washer and dryer.
- The driveway fits multiple vehicles, and additional street parking is available if needed.
