We had the best stay! The condo was super clean and we loved that it was dog friendly. We also enjoyed that it was within walking distance of McGuires. Our host was super quick to respond to a question or request. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and our family visit. The location is great, close to Pier Park, restaurants and stores. The property is exactly according to photos and the listing. Loved that both bedrooms had ocean views!

Our host, Corri, was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room was spectacular! December is quiet on Panama Beach which was fine.Towns along 30A were only 15 to 20 minutes away and there was enough activity there to keep us busy.

Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time! I loved how the condo is located near all of the action but far away from it to have plenty of room and relaxation at the beach! Our host was wonderful and always responded immediately to our questions. The place was great for our dogs as well! We can’t wait to go back!

We love the location. We wish, for the price, we were also given two beach chairs daily, with an umbrella because others at Seachase condos were. Also the water proof covers on the two queen beds with the egg shells, were very loud when you moved and very annoying. If we were very deep sleepers, guess they would have been acceptable. We still enjoyed our visit.

We understand the benefits of beach service chairs, but we have tried to give our guests a different option by providing four nice beach chairs in the unit with fold out sunshades. These can be placed anywhere on the beach and have no time limits for those that like to enjoy the sunset in the evening. We appreciate your feedback and continue to discuss these options with our guests to determine what most guests prefer. In regards to the mattress covers, these are actually “bedbug“ protectors which eliminate the risk of settling or transfer of bedbugs. While they do make a sound, we wanted to do our best to make sure each and every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and clean experience at the condo. Again, we appreciate your feedback and always use it for discussion on how we manage the condo moving forward. Thank you!

Best thing about it is the glass from floor to ceiling. The bathrooms really need to be updated. The guest bathroom is very small! The master bathroom had a horrible sour smell. I used clorox wipes to wipe everything down. There's a really disgusting plunger in the master bath. The guest BR is hot all the time even with a fan. The patio furniture in the photos is not what's there. We had 4 chairs & one is broken (swags too low when you sit) & the other 3 are very uncomfortable with dingy cushions. There are 4 beach chairs in the room but they're heavy to carry. Our room did not include beach service, which is 44 a day for 2 chairs & umbrella. The coffee cups are so tiny, we had to buy some. The area to walk your dog to potty is between the parking lot & road without a fence!! It scared my dog & us by the road with cars & motorcycles flying by. The dog potty area has no light at night to see. Dog potty trash was not changed for 3 days. The elevator was nasty. The pool gate code didn't work, but anyone can reach through & open the gate from the outside. :( Our door code randomly worked, so maintenance came. He gave us a new code and when I showed him my master bathmat, he agreed it was time to throw it away. For this price, things like this should be addressed BEFORE guests check in. Checkout is at 9am. There was only 1 cart available to use at 8 & it was very hard to steer around huge bags of laundry sitting outside condos for days. The maid came in at 8:58 am & was rude.

Hello, Karey. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and we are sorry to hear that several items did not meet your expectations. We feel that the unit is quite well represented in the Vrbo advertisement. You’re correct about the balcony furniture, however. The previous furniture was metal and had significant weather deterioration so we temporarily placed the PVC furniture you were using in the condo while new furniture could be ordered. We also appreciate you bringing the master bath mat to our attention and allowing us to replace it with something to your satisfaction. Most of the other items seem to either be a unique experience to your stay (we have not had any complaints about odors in the bathroom) or building logistics we cannot change (area provided for dogs to use the bathroom). We will gladly take your feedback on the other items and determine if replacements are needed (cups, beach chairs, etc.). We recognize that everybody is different with varying likes, dislikes, abilities, and preferences. We do our best to accommodate as many as we can. Again, we appreciate your stay.

The property was clean. We had a good vacation. The air conditioner worked great even though we read reviews that it was not that good so we were pleased.

We chose the west end of Panama City Beach because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. You'll enjoy a quieter stretch of beautiful white-sand beach while being just minutes from Pier Park, great restaurants, shopping, and the scenic communities along 30A.

Our favorite part is starting the day with coffee on the balcony and ending it with breathtaking Gulf sunsets. It's the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.

One of the things that makes our condo truly special is that both bedrooms face the Gulf; a rare feature that allows everyone in your group to wake up to breathtaking water views.

The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch for dolphins, or unwind after a day at the beach. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and direct beach access.

We're also proud to be dog friendly because we know vacations are even better when the whole family can come along.
