Condo at 101 west was a great location ! Easy access to beach and pool! Plenty of room for us. Master bedroom was really big and spacious ! Bed was not firm enough for me but that is a personal preference, everyone is different ! We would stay there again ! Host was easy to work with , accessible and answered any questions in a timely manner!

The view and location were excellent, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.The room desperately needs a thorough cleaning. The doorknobs, mattress pads, windows, mirrors, coffee pot, pots and pans, couch and floors were all noticeably dirty. Parking is VERY tight. There is a hole in the elevator floor so be careful. This is on the 1st floor so after we got all our stuff up, we just took the stairs, not a big deal.BE AWARE that the advertised beach chair service is unreliable. If it rains even a little, you likely won’t have chairs. We only had chairs two days during our stay. Never had umbrellas. When available, they were placed so far back that other guests set up directly in front of us, blocking our ocean view. We were also told we couldn’t move them.Our biggest complaint was the smoke alarms. On our first or 2nd night, we were awakened by a malfunctioning alarm. We called but received no response. It happened again on the third day, and someone finally came. We were told it was an old alarm that should have been removed. On our LAST night, we were awakened AGAIN at 2 a.m. by another alarm blaring!Being repeatedly awakened in the middle of the night while on vacation is unacceptable. These maintenance issues should have been addressed before our arrival.While the location and view were wonderful, the lack of cleanliness and repeated sleep interruptions ruined the experience. We most likely would not stay here again.

Outstanding location!!! Parking is free and easy! Wish pool was heated but was VERY clean. Large condo, internet was great. Washer/dryer is convenient. Kitchen could use some deep cleaning. Stayed 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Quiet

This was not our first time staying at Sea Chase but it was our first time renting from Weakly Getaways. We actually rented this unit and their other unit. This is the quiet end of Panama City Beach and that’s why we love it! The beach is never crowded and walking distance to a lot of things. Ham was always there for any questions we had and I would definitely rent from them again.

Can’t beat it!

This property is perfect! Every room faces the water and the balcony is 60 yards from the water. The condo is super clean, has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. You have a Winn Dixie and a CVS less than one red lifht away. You’re close to a couple of good restaurants. We had a tropical storm that kicked up on us later in the week, but the proximity to the beach meant we could watch the waves crash without ever having to leave the condo. Great trip! Great property! We definitely want to stay here again.

Loved every second.

Our view was amazing, condo was exactly like the pictures. Easy check in and check out, first time seeing white sand and blue water! We always had 4 lounge chairs on beach! Resturants were close. We were in the calmer area we did not see any spring breakers, we only seen spring breakers when we went to Pinapple Willy’s. We were on the calm side! The only bad star is leaving! We will be back!
