Outstanding location and views

Outstanding location!!! Parking is free and easy! Wish pool was heated but was VERY clean. Large condo, internet was great. Washer/dryer is convenient. Kitchen could use some deep cleaning. Stayed 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was decorated really cute. There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning, ice maker, and cable in one of the bedrooms. The owner was on top of getting someone out to get the issues addressed right away. The air conditioning was the main issue that didn't get fixed. It was pretty much nonexistent in one of the bedrooms, so we had to buy several fans to make it tolerable for sleeping. We didn't let that ruin our trip. The 4 beach chairs included were a big plus. Overall, we had a great week at the beach.

The view was fantastic. The owner and property manager were right there to take care of any issues. The property was very comfortable. We were right on the beach which are grandchildren enjoyed. So many things to do. The restaurants are great.

A lot of construction going on. Square footage is a plus. Walk down to the beach is a plus. Quite neighborhood is a plus. Our unit needs some TLC but enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

We had a great time. The view was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that the floor was very dirty. Our feet were black. My son and I moped the entire condo floor. We loved the complex. We will stay here again.

This was not our first time staying at Sea Chase but it was our first time renting from Weakly Getaways. We actually rented this unit and their other unit. This is the quiet end of Panama City Beach and that’s why we love it! The beach is never crowded and walking distance to a lot of things. Ham was always there for any questions we had and I would definitely rent from them again.

Can’t beat it!

This property is perfect! Every room faces the water and the balcony is 60 yards from the water. The condo is super clean, has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. You have a Winn Dixie and a CVS less than one red lifht away. You’re close to a couple of good restaurants. We had a tropical storm that kicked up on us later in the week, but the proximity to the beach meant we could watch the waves crash without ever having to leave the condo. Great trip! Great property! We definitely want to stay here again.

Loved every second.

Our view was amazing, condo was exactly like the pictures. Easy check in and check out, first time seeing white sand and blue water! We always had 4 lounge chairs on beach! Resturants were close. We were in the calmer area we did not see any spring breakers, we only seen spring breakers when we went to Pinapple Willy’s. We were on the calm side! The only bad star is leaving! We will be back!

Great place

The condo was very nice. Other than some spider webs above the blinds, the condo was spotless, and those webs could have been build after they cleaned. I didn't feel like I needed to clean it before I could relax and enjoy myself. There were a couple of pieces of the verticle blinds missing, but this wasn't an issue. I let the company know and they said it was no problem. Those blinds are fragile. The kitchen was very nice. We enjoyed all the windows, etc. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not Up to Par

Initially, the communication was great. Once I started mentioning some issues, there was radio silence. I still have not received any follow ups. The only redeeming quality of this property is the views and proximity to the beach. This alone was great. The issues: The place was not clean. I cleaned it myself. Overall, it could use a deep cleaning. When the TV went out, there was no response to my reaching out. The AC definitely had a musty smell and under further inspection, there did appear to be some mold. The location, which can't be helped, was so so for a family. All in all, it is the beach, so we made the most of it and it was fine. But not a great value for the price.

Unexpected Bike Week

I wish I had been made aware by management that our stay would be during "Bike Week", meaning thousands of motorcycles gathered in PCB roaring up and down Front Beach Road as I would have changed our vacation dates. The condo and management were great, but be aware that the location of the condo is above the parking garage with motorcycles being revved up early each morning, throughout the day and night. Normally, the condo being on the first floor is great as you are one flight up from parking and don't have to use the elevator. Also, the condo complex is next door to the Sandpiper Beacon that has a band and sound system so loud that you can hear the band/music in your unit. The first night we thought the music was the upstairs neighbors having a party, but opened the sliding doors to discover that it was coming from the hotel next door. There is a noise cutoff time before midnight, so we did not have to deal with it while sleeping. The unit, the beach and the management were great, the noise was not so wonderful. I have stayed at this complex before during May and have not had these issues previously, so am attributing the issues with Bike Week.

I’ve stayed at this property a lot over the year and there is not a bad condo in the building going back 30 years the kitchen was well stocked every think we needed was there we had no problems at all kids love the beach the building is I a great location not in all the mess of spring break so it worked out well we will be back the owner was spot on thank you

At least the weather was nice.

Unfortunately, our stay started out pretty rough and got worse. When we didn’t the get the information to get into the condo, I contacted the property manager to get it. Once we got in, we found gnats and fruit flies in the bathroom and kitchen area. LOTS of them. Contacted the property manager again. And the response we got was, “I have never had any problems with the unit before.” Well, that is great but doesn’t resolve the problem. We then looked at our children’s feet (the were barefoot running around the condo) and they were so dirty. It stained the white wash clothes they we used to clean them. We then had to buy new sheets for the master bedroom since they were stained and had hairs on the them, along with buying bug things to get rid of the gnats. The property manager offered to come the next morning to clean and put bleach down the drains to get rid of the bugs and to reimburse us for the sheets. He came, but the floors were still dirty and the bugs didn’t go away. I wish this was the only issue. Starting Monday, at 9 am from 4pm workers began working right underneath our condo by jack hammering the ceiling (which was our floor). So each day we could not be in the condo during that time because you couldn’t hear or anything. It was bad. When, contacting the property manager, his response was, “They were supposed to be done by now”. Again, that doesn’t solve the problem. We did have the opportunity to move to another unit Monday night that was on the 16th floor (after I called the property manager to complain
we had been texting before) . It wasn’t an option for us since our daughter is afraid of heights (why we are staying on the first floor). We ended up learning the workers’ schedule and going out to the beach at 9-4 and coming in around 11:15-12:15 for lunch. That was their lunch time so there would be no Jack hammering. Thursday night the guest toilet broke. The property manager came the next day to fix it. He said that the property owners felt so bad, they were going to give us a full refund. We got the check today-$500. Not close to a full refund. We will never stay here or use this property management again. Thankfully the weather was nice and it did rain on Thursday, so we got to stay in the room longer during the day because the workers didn’t work that day. Never thought I would be thankful for thunderstorms at the beach. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Panama City beach condo

This unit was everything we expected, great location to beach and shopping. Owner was very responsive to everything we wanted. The only problem we had was they were remodeling the complex parking and our condo was above where the work was being done, jack hammers and all from 9AM Until 5PM. We contacted the owner and he was very helpful but it wasn’t his fault. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
