Neal Ranch spans multiple levels of a 1938 mountain lodge, with 8,411 square feet flowing from dramatic vaulted gathering rooms to private bedroom wings, a full gym complex with sauna, a hot tub, and nearly two acres of outdoor grounds. Hand-carved rafters, quarry stone detail work, and decorative pieces with ties to the historic Broadmoor Hotel give this property a timeless quality that sets it apart from anything else in Colorado Springs.

Walking into the main living room at Neal Ranch is one of those moments where a space earns its reputation before you say a word. Vaulted wood-paneled ceilings rise overhead, hand-carved rafter detail running the full length of the room, with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling quarry stone fireplace anchoring the space below. Natural light pours through large windows framing the surrounding scrub oak canopy, and the open layout flows directly into the dining area, keeping the whole group naturally connected whether you are gathered around the fire or seated for a meal.

Just off the main living room, a secondary lounge offers a quieter setting with its own Smart TV and comfortable seating. A third living area with its own fireplace and half bath sits further into the property, giving large groups the ability to spread out across distinct spaces without losing connection.

Right off the main living room, the sunroom is one of the most distinctive spaces in the home. Wrapped in knotty pine wood-paneled walls and vaulted ceiling with flagstone tile floors, it features an upright piano, wicker seating with indoor tropical plants, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening directly onto the flagstone patio and backyard beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen is built for serious cooking and effortless entertaining. Rich dark wood cabinetry runs floor to ceiling, framing dark granite countertops and a large center island with pendant lighting overhead. Professional-grade appliances including a large range and oven give the space genuine capability, while a warming drawer adds to the functionality. The kitchen opens directly to the backyard and patio, making indoor to outdoor flow seamless. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a complimentary spice rack are stocked and ready on arrival.
