The space
Welcome to our beautiful getaway in Ithaca! This family-friendly home offers comfort and convenience near Cornell University, Ithaca College, and downtown Ithaca.

- LIVING AREAS -
Relax in the inviting family room, complete with a cozy sofa and fire place. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, which includes access to streaming services. The family room includes a play area for kids with a small table and chairs, a selection of books, board games and kids toys for indoor enjoyment.

Our second living room features two leather couches, as well as a desk and chair. If you'd like, the couches can be pushed to the side, and we are able to setup a comfortable queen size air mattress in this room to accommodate additional guests. The room features blackout curtains, doors that can be closed for privacy, as well as a garment rack for hanging clothes. There is a half-bath around the corner.

- KITCHEN & DINING -
Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating eight guests, for family meals or friendly gatherings. The newly renovated kitchen features an island with room for 4 guests to enjoy a meal. Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

- OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE -
Step outside to enjoy our recently updated deck and beautifully landscaped backyard, perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities. The deck area is ideal for outside dining or lounging with a morning coffee while taking in views of the lush surroundings. Fire up the grill for a barbecue with family and friends, or watch the kids play freely in the yard.

Out the back of the property, you'll find a fantastic walking trail. A 2 minute walk to the left will bring you to a great community park and playground, while a turn to your right will bring you to a beautiful pond, making it easy to stay active and entertained without venturing far. We are just minutes from waterfalls, hiking trails, the South Hill Recreation Trail and Cayuga Lake. Explore the nearby parks and trails for hiking, picnicking, and scenic nature walks. Downtown Ithaca's shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions are just a short drive away, offering even more opportunities for exploration and enjoyment.

Guest access
You will have full access to our house and yard, with the exception of our garage and bedroom closet spaces. As an alternative, we have provided garment racks in each room, and cleared off the tops of dressers for you to unpack while you're here.
