The Space:

Step inside and you’re welcomed by a modern yet cozy cottage-style interior that feels both spacious and inviting. The living room sets the tone with a large wraparound couch perfect for gathering, whether you’re watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or pulling out board games for a relaxed night in. Just beyond, the kitchen blends style and function with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee options to start your mornings right. Nearby, the dining table for nine creates a warm, central space where the whole group can come together for meals and conversation.



Upstairs, a bonus landing area offers an additional hangout spot with a couch and TV—ideal for kids, teens, or a quiet escape with a good show. Outside, the home continues to impress with a deck designed for easy coastal living, featuring a grill and table for al fresco meals in the sea breeze. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to share stories and unwind after a day at the beach. At Mimi’s Beach House, every detail is designed to bring people together and make your Maine getaway unforgettable.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and 2 twin size beds in the loft. There is also a couch on the second floor that opens to a full sized bed.



Bedroom #1 includes a king sized bed and a smart TV located on the first floor.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin sized trundle bed located on the first floor.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed located on the first floor.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and balcony access located on the second floor.



This home also includes a half bathroom (on the second floor) and a full guest bathroom (on the first floor) with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Driveway parking for 7 vehicles available.

· Please note, steep steps are required to the loft area and there is a steep spiral staircase in the house.

· This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home, no pets permitted on furniture. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $115 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) a Ring doorbell located next to the home's primary door and monitoring the exterior entryway, and (2) located on the back of the house and monitoring the yard.

· A noise monitor is installed in the living room measuring decimals only, no audio recordings.

· Portable crib and high chair provided.

· Four beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler and beach towels are provided for guest use.

· Please pay close attention to the tides during your stay. At high tide, the ocean often comes right up to the seawall, which makes for a stunning view but also means using extra caution near the water's edge, especially with children or pets. A quick check of the local tide chart each day will help you plan your time on the beach!
