Each bedroom comes with a king bed and a lavish en suite bathroom featuring top-of-the-line fixtures and materials.

Just minutes from beautiful West Coast beaches, guests of Tradewinds will have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club's private cabana, tennis courts and golf course. As well as access to watersports, storage, cabana fridge/freezer, drinks and food, guests have access to the villa's private golf cart which is available for the short ride down to the club. Also close by Sandy Lane Estate are waterfront restaurants, boutiques, duty-free shopping and beach bars.

USE OF THE VILLA:
The Client can access the Villa at 15.00 on the day the rental commences.

The Client may not use The Villa for any purpose other than that of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and fellow guests unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner.

Only those persons stipulated on the details of the booking may reside at the Villa as guests.
Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be notified to the Company as additional rental charges may apply.

The Client shall not do or suffer to be done anything that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupiers of adjoining land or that might invalidate any insurance policies affected on the Villa, and shall not bring any animals to the Villa unless previously agreed to by the Owner.

The Client shall not sublet or assign their rental of the Villa.

The Villa staff will provide catering for the agreed number of guests when staying at the Villa.
Special permission must be sought for all entertaining in excess of these numbers.

The Client will take suitable steps to secure the Villa by the appropriate use of all locks and security devices; such as alarms.
