Welcome to Cherries & Charm — a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath country retreat set on five acres in beautiful Upstate New York.

Whether you're traveling for a Cooperstown-area baseball tournament, visiting your college student, spending time with family, exploring Animal Adventure Park, attending a wedding or simply escaping for a quiet weekend in the country, Cherries & Charm gives you a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.

Here, mornings are a little quieter, evenings are perfect for gathering around the fire pit, and there's room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy time together.

THE HOME

Cherries & Charm is a private home designed with families, couples and small groups in mind.

You'll have three comfortable bedrooms:

• California King bedroom
• Queen bedroom
• Full bedroom

Fresh linens, comfortable bedding and plenty of pillows are provided so you can settle in and get a good night's rest after a busy day.

Need a little extra space? Our oversized Lovesac SuperSac in the living room is a guest favorite for movie nights, reading and relaxing, and can also provide an additional sleeping option for one adult or two children.

With two full bathrooms, families and groups have plenty of room to get ready without everyone waiting for the same bathroom. One bathroom also includes a bathtub—especially helpful when traveling with children or when you simply want a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

RELAX & FEEL AT HOME

The living room is made for slowing down and spending time together.

Curl up on the Lovesac, watch a movie, play games, catch up with family or simply put your feet up after exploring Upstate New York.

High-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows, plan the next day's adventures or stay connected if you need to get a little work done during your stay.

A KITCHEN FOR REAL FAMILY TRIPS

One of the nicest parts of renting a home instead of several hotel rooms is being able to make breakfast in your pajamas, pack snacks before heading out for the day or sit down together for dinner.

Our kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'll need for everyday cooking, including:

Step outside, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy having space around you.

Depending on the season, you may wake to birds singing, spot local wildlife, watch the colors change across the countryside or simply enjoy how peaceful it can be away from the hustle and bustle.

There's room for the kids to enjoy the outdoors, and our fire pit makes a wonderful gathering place in the evening.

After a full day of baseball, sightseeing, college activities or exploring the area, come home, pull up a chair and spend the evening around the fire under the Upstate New York sky.
