Two additional bedrooms are also located on the first floor and share a bathroom in the hallway. One of these bedrooms also has its own private balcony.

Please note that access to the Al Habtoor Polo Resort Club facilities is not included with this stay, unless you are a registered club member.

However, guests are welcome to enjoy the resort restaurants on a walk-in basis. For any other facilities or experiences within the Polo Club, we kindly recommend checking directly with the club reception upon arrival for the most up-to-date information regarding access, availability, and any applicable day passes or booking requirements.

Kindly note that the **community pool and gym are currently closed due to ongoing construction works**. Alternatively, residents may be able to access the resort amenities at Al Habtoor Polo Resort, including the swimming pool, gym, and tennis court, subject to additional charges payable directly to the resort.

🚕 Uber & Careem
Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Careem are readily available and work very well in the area. Pick-up times are usually between 5–10 minutes.

🚇 Public Transport
Please note that there is no Dubai Metro station within walking distance. The nearest metro access points are Centrepoint (Rashidiya) Metro Station and Silicon Oasis bus connections, approximately 15 minutes away by car or taxi.

***Important Check-in Information***
Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is conducted in person. This is curial as the registration with the community is to be done 24 hours before the day of check in. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM till Midnight. Post Mid-night Check-Ins will be at an additional charge

• Any additional cleaning services or requests mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.
• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.
• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.
• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
• Please note, we are a holiday home, not a hotel

***Important Check-in Information***
Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is conducted in person. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, so please plan to arrive within this timeframe. Arrivals after midnight will incur a fee of 150AED.

1. No smoking inside the house. There is a penalty of AED 3,000 for smoking inside the unit as it damages our furniture and leaves smoke odours which is difficult to remove.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. We require a photocopy of a valid government-issued Identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or GCC ID card) for registration before check-in. This information will be collected on our online check-in and rental agreement forms.
4. It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation.
5. Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee.
6. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
7. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports,
etc.). ARABNB will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
8. Please handle keys and access cards with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of 500 AED
9. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.
10. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
