This 67m2 apartment on the 32nd floor has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay. There’s a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, great for small families or a couple of friends. Fresh linens are always provided.

Step out onto the furnished balcony and enjoy amazing views of Ain Dubai, the sunset, and even the Palm fireworks on special nights!

The kitchen comes with all the basics for quick meals, and we make sure the place is professionally cleaned before you arrive. Daily cleaning can be arranged if needed (extra charge).

Just a heads-up:
You might hear some traffic noise due to the central location, and there’s also some renovation work going on in a nearby unit during the day.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as a pool, sauna, gym, and outdoor lounge.

For everyday needs, residents and visitors can easily access shops like Beach City Supermarket, Carrefour, and Pacific Supermarket, ensuring you have everything you need just around the corner.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
