Counter seating for three keeps everyone connected while meals are prepared, while the nearby dining table for five invites family dinners, card games, or lingering breakfasts before heading out on the river.



The living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with a plush couch, loveseat, and a wall-mounted smart TV perfect for cozy evenings indoors. Large glass sliding patio doors fill the space with natural light and draw your attention to the beautiful outdoor setting beyond. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.

o 2 parking passes will be provided inside the unit. Pass must be filled out and displayed in window at all times while parked inside the complex. One designated covered parking space, number 308. One additional pass will be available for an additional vehicle to park in an uncovered parking spot.

o Parking pass must be left inside unit at the conclusion of the guest stay. Failure to leave the parking pass behind will result in a replacement charge of $40.

• Long-term stays allowed.
