Natural sunlight fills the room via the double sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious patio that includes a grill, patio furniture, small refrigerator, and an incredible view of the river. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, bar seating, a beverage bar and a drop-leaf table and chairs. Down the hall you will find a full size stacking washer/dryer closet, 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is a master bedroom with attached bathroom with walk-in shower. You will have full access to the community pool as well as the convenience of one covered parking space, safe gated community, and an elevator that helps when arriving and departing.

***Important Info***This is a family friendly complex, observing quiet hours between 10PM to 9AM. Security guard on premises to ensure that only renters are on grounds and that rules are followed. Must be 25 to rent. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The reservation includes 2 parking spots with paper tags and wristbands for each guest. Overflow parking available nearby.
