Primary renter must be at least 22 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Bon Villa is a welcoming 2-story Seagrove Beach vacation home designed for easy beach days, relaxed evenings, and plenty of space to gather. The main living area features an open-concept layout with a comfortable sectional, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and high-end appliances. The kitchen opens to the back porch and fenced backyard, making it easy to move between indoor meals, poolside lounging, and cookouts on the propane grill.
The first floor includes two king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, creating convenient sleeping arrangements for guests who prefer to stay on the main level. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with one bedroom offering two full beds and the other offering a queen bed. A small upstairs alcove with a loveseat adds a quiet spot for reading or relaxing between beach outings.

Pool heating is available from October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $35 per day. The propane grill makes it easy to enjoy casual meals at home, while the surrounding landscaping adds a sense of privacy.
For added convenience, Bon Villa also includes a MOKE golf cart, giving guests an easy and fun way to explore Seagrove Beach. From 102 Dalton Drive, guests are close to Eastern Lake, nearby beach access, local dining, coffee shops, and 30A favorites like Seaside and WaterColor.

Bon Villa is located in Seagrove Beach, south of Scenic 30A and near Eastern Lake. This area is known for its laid-back coastal atmosphere, beach access, dining, and easy access to some of 30A's most loved communities. Guests can walk to Eastern Lake Beach Access, located near the Eastern Lake outfall where Eastern Lake Road meets the beach.
Eastern Lake is close by for paddleboarding, kayaking, and enjoying one of the area's rare coastal dune lake settings. Guests are also just a short drive from Seaside, local shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Scenic 30A. Deer Lake State Park is nearby for guests who want to experience protected natural scenery, coastal dunes, and a quieter side of the beach.
Pet Policies:
This unit allows guests to bring one well-behaved canine family member. Please review the following guidelines, as failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or early termination of stay: • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $75 per reservation. A pet waiver must be filled out and returned. • Pet Restrictions: Dog must be under 50 lbs. No more than one dog per reservation. • Sorry, No Cats: Feline friends must sit this one out. • Crating: Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit. • Furniture: If pets are invited onto furniture or beds, guests must use appropriate covers to protect surfaces. • Leash Policy: All pets must be leashed in outdoor areas. • Waste Disposal: No puppy pads. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of in outdoor receptacles away from the condo.
Golf Cart Policies and Tips
Guests may have access to the Moke/golf cart during their stay. By using the cart, guests agree to operate it safely, responsibly, and in accordance with all local laws, neighborhood rules, and posted signage.
Before driving, guests must disengage the emergency brake and ensure all riders are wearing seatbelts. The cart may beep continuously if seat belts are not fastened. Guests should not press the red battery shut-off button/lever on the far-left side, as this will turn off power to the cart. The red button must remain pulled out for the cart to operate.
The cart has a Hi/Lo speed setting. When the Hi/Lo button is engaged, the cart may operate at a reduced speed of approximately 16 mph. When disengaged, the cart may reach approximately 25 mph. Guests are expected to drive carefully and avoid speeding, reckless driving, or improper use.
When parking the cart, guests must always set the emergency brake. The cart must be parked only in permitted areas. Golfcart parking is not allowed in Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach. These neighborhoods may issue tickets, and guests will be fully responsible for any tickets, fines, towing, or violations received during their stay.
The cart should be charged as needed. The charging port is located on the front-left tire side behind a movable cap. Guests should move the cap aside, plug in the charger, and confirm the charging light is blinking near the plug-in area.
Guests are responsible for any damage, misuse, parking violations, tickets, towing fees, or loss related to the Moke/golf cart during their stay. Please enjoy the cart, explore 30A safely, and use it with care.
