We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect downtown Ocean City experience—walkable, lively, and incredibly convenient while still maintaining a relaxed shore-town feel. From this Central Avenue location, you’re just a short stroll from the beach, boardwalk, Asbury Avenue shops, cafés, and local favorites, making it easy to enjoy everything OCNJ has to offer without constantly driving.
