Spacious unit is in the heart of Ocean City, located at 9th and Central, one of the best on the island, next to downtown shops and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Unit is fully furnished and loaded with all the luxuries of home including hardwood floors, central air conditioning, full size W/D, a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and flat screen TVs.

Can walk everywhere... Acme, restaurants, shopping, coffee, beach, boardwalk, etc.

The unit has 1 spot in the back, please park in the center aisle designated for Unit C.

There is a parking permit located inside the unit for a 2nd spot located in a few other locations.
- Metered lot at 7th and Central
- Metered lot at 12th and Asbury Ave.
- Transportation Center lot at 9th and Haven

We provide comforters, pillows, and throws for the couches.
Someone 25 or older must be present and accountable for all guests, and the signer of the rental agreement. We do not rent to parties for events like "teen week" where only teen agers will be staying at the property.

Trash... Recycling should not be placed in the blue bins in trash bags, it should be emptied into the bin and the trash bag discarded as normal trash.

Smoking / Vaping... not allowed in the unit, yard, or on the porch / patio.

Ladies weekend

This was the perfect place for us six women to gather and reconnect. The property was well stocked with everyday items and everything we needed to bring was noted in the description before booking so we were well equipped. Jeff made sure checking in and parking instructions were giving since they were a bit complex, and with following his directions made it a breeze. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do so this was perfect for us. And when we did have questions for the owner, he was easily accessible and answered us quickly.

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and great location

We visited this apartment for a girls weekend. It was perfect. 6 beds and 4 bedrooms. The apartment was spacious and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. The apartment was furnished beautifully and stocked with shampoos, soaps and all the 'extra's. so thank you! We did provide our own towels and linens, which is to be expected in most ocean city rentals. The elevator was a plus for getting our items into the unit. The owner was very responsive as well. The only 'negative' is that there is only 1 official spot, although you are also given a parking pass to use. We had 4 cars. Since we were off season we easily found parking on Wesley between 8th and 9th on the streets, but during 'on season' that could be more difficult, but something you can easily find a spot. Once in this apartment you do not have to use your car at all, it is in the middle of downtown with easy access to the supermarket, stores, boutiques, boardwalk and the beach. Thank you again for a great stay!

This property is great for those that want to stay in the center of it all, you can basically park the car and walk everywhere you need for the entire stay; beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc.
