Welcome home! Your family will be close to the beach when you stay at this cozy 2 bedroom home. One King and one queen bedroom, living room, updated kitchen, sun room, upper deck, lower patio to relax on, free off street parking with free laundry and central AC. A short walk to the beach.



We do not allow local guests. Our property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.



The Space:

1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, living room, Eat in updated kitchen, sun room, upper deck, lower patio. Access to lower patio is off of the back decking. Entire livable space for guests is located on the 2nd floor.

Access to everything EXCEPT the lower level garage-no guest access to garage for parking or storing items. The owner keeps his personal belongings there while away. He is in the US Navy and I manage this airbnb for him while he is away with his kids on long stretches.

Other Things to Note:

Home is located on a 1 way street. Guests must enter street from the south, and exit from the north towards the Lake.
