Hello We value our guests feedback and responsive in a timely manner. We offered your son an early checking in not even aware of his birthday. We have an old inactive alarm that came with the house and lies dormant. Your 19 year old son is likely not mature enough to rent a place for his Bday. He obviously still need guidance and support. We recommend that you rent a vacation home on his behalf and supervise him. Touching an old alarm that was turned off and never activated brought the reaction . Please encourage him to ask when in doubt, don’t assume, particularly when he goes to a new place before touching/activating equipment. The staff that came within an hour of your arrival took time to troubleshoot with attempts to disable the alarm, but your several messages/statements above was furiously impatient. You were demanding to leave despite being within checking in window of 3-5pm. On the platform, you sent: 11 text messages.between 3:19 and 3:38pm! 9 text messages between 4:03 and 4:09! 9 text messages between 4:20 and 4:31! We even suggested that you take him out to get a cup of tea whilst the staff resolve the issue but you were uncooperative, impatient and clearly not interested in us resolving the situation. Our staff was respectful and he had the recording of the alarm, as it wasn’t as loud as you exagerrated it to be of ‘health concern’. He notified you he needed to obtain the tools to disable the alarm but you wanted to leave: despite stating our condo is in excellent condition . We doubt that you had any intention to celebrate any birthday at all. This might be an attempt to gain access to our property for an attempt to find fault. However, you met our place as you stated ‘up to par’ The same staff that responded to your call notified you he personally got the place ready for you and have video recordings of our place without any alarm sounds. Therefore you demanded to leave asking for refund. We believe you/your son triggered the alarm since our place had nothing for you to complain about as you stated. ‘Up to par’ all in an attempt to submit malicious review. if indeed there was a planned birthday and venue announced .to supposedly invited party, there would’ve been attempts to await the resolution instead of the several complaints and incessant demands for refund. You brought no party items, no luggages, nor did anyone accompany you, no guests showed up either! The alarm was deactivated upon securing the tools in a timely manner as it’s not a complex issue. You decided to blow this problem caused by you and your son out of proportion in order to submit a malicious review!

Thank you for submitting review of your stay with us. Glad our space was spacious enough for your family and that you enjoyed the amenities provided for the babies. We have included additional amenities such as baby stroller , baby-toddler potty, books, toys, changing pad/station, shower seats, high chair, crib, etc in order to keep your travel luggage light! We anticipate the less you have to carry with you the better. Our floors and carpet were recently replaced and waterproof, kept quite clean and safe. Moreover, we use 2 step cleaning process. Our maintenance staff secured the swing and we ensure it’s safe and clean prior to guests checking in. The checking in process has been smooth with ensuring this was communicated through VRBo email messages and placed on messages sent prior to checking in. We’re sorry your visit was impacted by difficulties with snow and that despite our prompt communication made you felt uncomfortable Spectrum’s the only available internet I our community so far, with high sped connectivity. However, the outside connections sporadically acts up with weather conditions. Your feedback has been shared with our management team so we can review our procedures and ensure our guests receive the consistent internent service they deserve. We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to learn where we can do better. The shovel was on the patio to avoid blocking the entrance. We have repositioned the shovel for easy access at foyer. Hello, We noted your feedback and concerns. We are continuing to improve and we addressed those with our team. Regarding, the light switch, one of the screws loosened and our maintainance staff has replaced it. See the picture below. Unfortunately, you spent one night with us, therefore we were unable to interrupt your Thanksgiving dinner just because of one.screw on only one of the many light switches that were available. The bannister was not broken, it’s the same way it was erected.and rooted to the pillar and sturdy and safe. The coat closet at the foyer housed some left/lost and found items from previous guests: we attempt to keep them for few weeks prior to discarding them if not claimed. It was easier for previous guests to remove those items easily at that location. However, we’ve moved them to the basement . Apologize for any inconveniences. Regarding, the smell, our housekeeping staff.uses high standards to perform air sanitation in our open concept layout. That includes but not limited to reducing temperature, cross ventilation, sanitizing air, and decontamination with deodorizing, with freshening the air, etc.its almost impossible to go through such process and perceive foul odor. Our previous guests including those prior to your arrival noted clean and freshness! Hopefully, the food you brought for Thanksgiving were not contributing to what you were perceiving? We are cognizant and uphold fresnhess and clean/sanitized.air, hence we have a No smoking in place as well. You paid the discounted rate due to the holiday seasons and in appreciations of our guests and community, our price were discounted. Please see the attached pictures Thank you Liz
