This has a master suite split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area. Kitchen is new, updated and fully stocked with all of your essential needs. You are walking distance to Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club and less than a mile drive into town for amazing local restaurants and shops. Local Hon-Dah Casino nearby and only 30 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

Beautiful property! The condo was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is nestled between pine tress with beautiful surroundings. Lida was a perfect host easy to get in contact with, and she responded within minutes. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Loved the location, cleanliness, and overall warmth of the house! Was a little warm due to no AC but after opening the windows and with fans provided it was very comfortable!

Cute cabin, good location. Lida was very responsive and welcoming. My only mild critique is there is no AC so it can get really warm inside. There are two floor fan’s available which help. All and all a good experience!

Perfect getaway!

The condo was exactly as described. There is lots of space and plenty of room to sit and relax or have a conversation over morning coffee. It was easily accessible from the highway and less than five minutes from town.

Cleanest Rental!

We spent the weekend at this rental. It was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at in years! Everything was pristine and just as pictured/described in the listing. Property manager was great to work with and immediately gave a call back when I buggered the keypad and got us locked out for a bit. She got us in the unit ASAP. Would stay here again!

Excellent Vacation Stay

The condo was a nice size for our family of five. It is well furnished and taken care of. It was one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen for meal preparations. This is a place we hope to stay in on future visits to Pinetop.

This condo was amazing! Worked perfect for our weekend getaway and is super clean. The amenities were great, they had everything we needed. The Host was very accommodating. Easy check in/out. Close to everything. Definitely recommend this location and will be visiting again in the future.

Cute spacious family friendly condo

This is a very cute, spacious condo in Pinetop. We have been coming to pinetop for 25 years and used to stay in this same complex in our family condo for many years. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with acouple of supplies that the cleaning crew didn’t stock properly but the owner was amazing. She was very receptive and apologetic and she found a solution to allow us to get what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Cozy Condo Cabin

Phenomenal experience! The interior of the property was so much larger than we anticipated. Loved how the master suite was seperate from the kids' rooms. Everything was either brand new or super clean, beautifully decorated, every amenity provided, beds/linens/blankets so comfy, the cabin smelled amazing (hello, Bath and Body plug-ins and hand soaps!), and the place was so cozy we never wanted to leave. Lida, the owner, did a fantastic job with this space and was super easy/friendly to communicate with. We will DEFINITELY be returning!!

Comfortable and Cozy Stay

We had a great stay, the condo is great, very cozy and comfortable. The fireplace is eletric, I did not realize that from the listing., my recommendation is to specify that in the ad. Took one star due to the camera in the patio pointing towards the inside of the condo and the camera inside by the fireplace mantel. If you take the time to read the House book you are told to feel free to turn off the inside camera but required to turn it back on at checkout. On Vrbo instructions you are only told to turn the inside camera back on after checkout but not to turn if off at checkin So, at checkin you are still being filmed. If you go on the patio or use the BBQ you are also on camera which is always on. We still had a great and comfortable stay.

Great condo, very clean, very quiet, great accommodations. This condo is good for a single person, family or all adults. The kitchen has everything you need. The huge TV in the big room is fun!
