The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience, along with all bathroom essentials.

The property features flowering plants and some plants that bring butterflies. Please be kind to the plants.

Additionally, please book atleast 24 hours ahead so that this home can thoughtfully become yours for the time requested.

Lastly: The home is close in proximity to families, young and old that call Hilo their home. Normal neighbor (children, cars starting, talking, dogs and chickens) noise is common. If this is a deal breaker for you please do not rent the home.

Non-negotiable Rules:
(A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(B)Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
(D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes
