I loved it! Beautiful view, easy access to the main road and beaches. Fully stocked with toiletries and laundry. The host was amazingly friendly and helpful. If you come this IS the perfect place to stay!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! You can’t beat the location and the villa was perfect for my husband and I. Don was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations as far as restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be going back but not soon enough.

10/10. Don is an amazing host. Place is immaculate. Probably best location on the island, easy to go any direction. Great views and private. Perfect for couples. Will be hard to find a better place for 2 on the island.

This is like a guest house. The owners are extremely respectful of your privacy. We didn’t see them the whole time other than the initial check in. Great, timely communication & very helpful w/ any questions. Beautiful property! Great location between trunk, cinnamon, & mahogany bay. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

When I originally booked Donald's villa, I was slightly nervous/cautious. It only had one review but it was positive. Let me say firmly that this has been probably one of those best VRBO experiences/places I've had. I am glad I reserved and was able to stay here at St. Johns. The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay felt private. The beautiful beaches were a short walk but we drove to several of them and always found everything accessible. A short drive to Cruz Bay for dinners as well. Donald was quick to respond to any of my text messages with questions and my family and I had a great experience. I can confidently say if I ever go back to St John I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay! Host was great (welcoming-great communicator-gracious), property is beautiful, clean and functional. The views of both Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay are incredible. It is also a perfect place to go if one of you wakes up early and the other likes to sleep in. The bedroom is downstairs and the kitchen/living room, etc is upstairs. Very solid construction prevents any sound in the bedroom while someone is upstairs. It’s so well equipped. There are chairs, towels, a cooler and ice packs for the beach or boat and the kitchen has everything you will need and more.The location on St John is also perfect. It is close to all the best beaches on St John. We drove the whole island and the North Shore is the best place to stay in our opinion. Renting a 4-wheel drive is not required but very helpful as some streets on St John are very steep.

Our stay at the Villa at Cinnamon Sun was incredible. My wife and I stayed for three nights in the 1 bd/1ba Villa and the pictures online do not do it justice. The location is a 10/10 with three of the best beaches maybe in the world (Trunk/Maho/Cinnamon) within a few minutes drive. We always get a jeep but you don't need it for the property. The property is the first up the turn on Upper Peter Bay so it is a very easy drive up to the property but still gives those incredible North Shore views with Cinnamon, Maho and St Francis Bay all in view from your upper balcony or pool deck down below. The property itself was immaculate with high end finishings everywhere and the landscaping was the best I have seen on the island. The amenities were in excellent shape and well thought out. We prepared for many things, but the host Donald had already thought about so much for guests that brought more than we needed. This was a very rare find and the only sad thing to report is that we did not stay longer, and the owner just started renting this property so I am sure it will be booked solid moving forward. This is the perfect couples get away location and we were so thankful to find it. Thank you again to the host for making a perfect slice of heaven available.
