The space
A perfect weekend getaway! A place where you can relax with your family and friends. The house is a 4BR-2Baths with a wrap around the side porch. The porch includes table seating for 20. If you are an early riser, you will also enjoy sipping on some coffee while sitting in one of the 8 hanging swings while watching the wildlife. The outdoor space also includes an electric smoker, gas grill and a Blackstone gas griddle. Also included on the covered porch you will find a smart tv, outdoor speakers and a karaoke system that attaches to both. Just off of the porch you will find a concrete path that takes you to a lighted fire pit area with 8 chairs where you can enjoy a nice campfire during the evening.
You will also find a storage shed on the porch that includes corn hole boards, washer boards, ladder golf, football, kickball, and other outdoor games. The house inside is just as entertaining with a fully stocked kitchen for making meals. The living room and kitchen is an open concept so you can enjoy the space while cooking, playing games or watching the 65in TV. The house is set up to sleep 14. The Master has a king bed. Bedroom-two has 2 full beds with a trundle. Bedroom-three has 2 full beds with a trundle. Bedroom-four is a bunkroom with a full or queen. The garage is locked off and not part of this listing, but the property does have 2 separate driveways for parking all your toys, cars, boats or golf carts. Yes, the neighborhood is open to golf carts. The neighborhood has a family friendly golf cart poker run every other weekend during the summer. You just need to follow the rules and keep it slow and safe. Also don't forget your boat and your fishing tackle too. The boat ramp is in the same neighborhood just a few blocks away with boat trailer parking.
