Let's have a SeaEsta on 30A! This spacious 4BR, 3.5BA retreat — complete with a separate 1BR, 1BA carriage house — comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and is nestled in the heart of Seacrest Beach.
The main home features bright, open-concept living and dining spaces with doors that open to the front patio — the perfect spot to catch some fresh air. Downstairs, you'll also find a cozy kids' nook, laundry area, and additional patio access.
Upstairs offers three additional bedrooms, outdoor living space, and direct access to the carriage house — ideal for extended family or guests wanting a little extra privacy. The third floor features a bonus room with a kitchenette and an expansive outdoor balcony.
Connected through the second level and also accessible by a private exterior staircase, the carriage house includes a full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom for a comfortable private retreat.
Outside, enjoy the outdoor shower, grill, bikes, and beach gear — everything you need for the ultimate 30A getaway.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 2 vehicles.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
