Space to Breathe: 9 private bedrooms and ample living areas (upstairs and down) mean no one is ever cramped.

Private Oasis: Step outside to your own screened-in pool and hot tub—perfect for morning laps or evening relaxation.

Entertainment Central: Loaded with board games and a dedicated movie space for rainy days or quiet nights in.

The Resort:

Your stay includes full access to Solterra Resort amenities:

Lazy river, water slide, and a massive, heated resort pool.

Fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and beach volleyball court.

On-site restaurant and scenic walking trails.

The Location:

A quick jaunt to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and Orlando’s world-class dining. Return home to a peaceful and spacious environment after the parks close!

Bedrooms 8 and 9 are convertible bedroom/office spaces with two convertible twin sofa bed/couches each.

Total Privacy & Convenience:

Entire Home: You have full, private access to the entire 8-bedroom estate, including the private screened-in pool and hot tub.

Keyless Entry: A secure, unique digital code will be provided before check-in for easy, contact-free access.

Parking: Private driveway parking is available for two vehicles.

Solterra Resort Amenities (Resort fee applies):
As our guest, you have full access to the world-class Solterra Club facilities just a short walk or drive away:

Water Park Fun: Lazy river, resort-style pool with beach entry, and a massive water slide.

Active Living: State-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, and the brand-new pickleball courts, as well as beach volleyball!

Dining & Relaxation: Poolside cafe and grill, and luxury cabanas available for a fee.

Other things to note
Optional Pool & Spa Heating:
To ensure the pool and hot tub are at your desired temperature, pool heating is available as an optional add-on for $40 per day.

Advance Notice: We recommend requesting heat at least 24 hours before your arrival, as large pools can take time to reach full temperature.

Scheduling: To avoid partial-day charges, pool heat must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Solterra Resort Fees: Upon check in at the community center, Solterra Resort will charge you a nominal fee to access the amenities. We will refund this fee to you at the end of your stay upon proof of payment.

Parking: All cars must be registered and have visible parking permits. There is space for two cars in the driveway and street parking available throughout the resort.
