Located within the Ocean Mist complex, the unit features both ocean views from the front and peaceful marsh views from the bedroom, giving guests the best of both settings while still being a short walk to Hampton Beach (5 minutes), North Beach (5 minutes), restaurants (10–15 minutes), and local attractions (10 minutes to the top of the strip, 25–30 minutes to the south end).

Living Area: Enter through sliding glass doors into a bright living room with ocean views. The space includes a reclining couch and loveseat with built-in charging ports, a table set for four, and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
