A quick 15-minute walk takes you to the PATH train, and 15 minutes later, you`re stepping out into Midtown Manhattan.

Inside, the apartment is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and genuinely comfortable. Every detail has been considered so you can arrive, unpack, and feel at home from day one.

The property is fully furnished for a very comfortable stay and you have everything you need in the kitchen, if you like to cook

There is also an outdoor grill and beautiful seating area in the private backyard. (This area is closed in the winter).

There is a super comfy queen-size bed and also a queen-size foldable mattress that can fit two extra guests for a total of 4 guests.

The property has central heating system and air conditioning and has great natural lighting with windows throughout the entire apartment.

High speed wi-fi works great if you need to work and there is a designated desk area.

PARKING IS VERY CHALLENGING IN THIS AREA. There are buses, trains, and Uber direclty into NYC at all times. You do not need a car in Jersey City. Rent it after or before your stay here. If you do decide to bring a car you can park on the streets but it will take you a lot time to find parking.

The property has smart locks and you will be sent your own private code the day before check-in.

You will be greeted by someone from our staff (if during day time hours). We are always a quick message or call away.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, as other guests are usually at the property before or after you.

However, we do have a designated area for luggage in case you want to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out time.

This area is at the property, outside of the apartment It is secure area that has a lock. You will be able to access your belongings at anytime.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: In the rare event that there is an electrical, plumbing or heating issue at the property we must have access to the unit immediately. We will of course let you know that we will need to be inside the apartment.
If something is broken please let us know. If you break something please let us know.

No smoking is allowed inside the property. If you smoke inside there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to your stay.
