The second floor includes three additional bedrooms. The king suite features a 55" smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, dual sink vanity, and separate toilet room, and direct access to the outdoor deck — making it a serene retreat at the end of the day. The two additional king bedrooms are each well-appointed with a 55" smart TV and closet space, and share a beautifully designed Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower with a built-in bench, double sink vanity, and a separate toilet room.

The home features three full bathrooms and one half bath. Two of the full bathrooms are private ensuites — one on each floor — and the third is the shared Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two queen bedrooms.
