Two completely separate living areas give the home unusual flexibility for extended stays, remote work, or accommodating guests. Modern finishes throughout, two indoor fireplaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor space with year-round appeal. Attached garage included. Near Calabasas, Topanga, and easy freeway access.

This West Hills home sits on a peaceful street with open views across the valley, offering a sense of quiet and separation that is rare this close to the city. The home has been fully renovated and feels both current and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The interior is currently being redesigned with a lighter, more neutral palette, and the final furnishings will be in place shortly. Open Air Homes carries a 4.89 star rating over 13 years on Airbnb, and as always, the home will be clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready before any arrival.

The layout is defined by two completely separate living areas on the main floor, each anchored by its own fireplace. One is wood-burning; the other gas. This gives guests genuine flexibility: a dedicated space for working, hosting family, or simply having room to spread out without being on top of each other. Both areas connect naturally to the kitchen and dining zone, which is well-equipped with high-end appliances and a layout that makes daily cooking easy.

The bathrooms have been remodeled throughout, with floating vanities and clean, modern finishes that feel considered rather than generic.

Outside, the backyard is built around a private pool with a generous patio and two additional outdoor fireplaces, making the space usable across seasons. The valley views open up from the backyard and carry across the ridge in a way that provides a real sense of privacy and elevation. There is ample space for seating, dining, and relaxing without feeling crowded.

The attached garage provides secure parking and additional storage. Three bedrooms accommodate a range of configurations, from families to multi-person work stays.

West Hills sits at the western edge of the San Fernando Valley, bordered by the Santa Monica Mountains and Topanga Canyon. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with good proximity to Calabasas, Woodland Hills, and the 101 freeway corridor. Daily conveniences including groceries, coffee, and dining are within a short drive along Ventura Boulevard. Warner Center is nearby for larger retail and services. Topanga State Park and the canyon are a short drive for those who want access to hiking and open space. The area attracts families and professionals looking for the scale and calm of the west Valley without sacrificing access to the rest of Los Angeles.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.

West Hills connects easily to the 101 freeway, placing you within 30 to 45 minutes of the Westside, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
